How do we schedule a pick up?Pickups can be arranged by calling our office at (702) 257-0386 and we will have a driver out to you as soon as possible. Pick ups and drop offs are done Monday to Friday.

What is your turnaround time?Our standard turnaround time is 10 in-lab working days.

Do you do rush cases?We are able to complete cases in 2 or 5 working days for an additional charge to accommodate your patients’ needs. Cases must be picked up by 10 AM.

How can we get more lab slips?Lab slips can be downloaded from our website, or you can call to request more copies dropped off to your office.

Do you accept digital impressions?Yes, we currently have accounts with iTero and Medit but are also able to accept any STL files that are sent directly to our email.

Do cases have a warranty?All of our crown and bridge cases come with a standard 1 year warranty.

Do you offer a custom shade service?Yes! Our lab is fully equipped to take on the toughest of shades with a special room dedicated to custom shades with color correct lighting (+5,000K) to provide the best results for any patient walking into our doors! Custom shade appointments are done on site and can be scheduled by any dental office or patients by simply calling us. Photos from the consultation will be emailed to the doctor’s office upon completion.
